CFI AI Virtual Office
The public demo uses fictitious institutions and synthetic data generated by a statistical model; it does not display live market data. Simulations, optimisations and stress tests are illustrative and depend on stated assumptions. Structured products and certificates are never represented as guaranteed. Ethical alignment results apply criteria chosen by the user and indicate where data are insufficient; they are not a judgment on any issuer.

2.1 Intellectual property. All original content, including white papers, research articles, logos and graphics, is the intellectual property of the Catholic Finance Institute unless otherwise stated. Content may be referenced or quoted for academic, journalistic or non-commercial purposes, provided that full and clear credit is given to the Catholic Finance Institute with links to the original content.
2.2 External links. This website contains links to external websites, including official Vatican sources and institutional partners. CFI is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party websites.
2.3 Limitation of liability. CFI strives to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided but makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability. CFI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content.
3. Privacy policy (GDPR)
The Catholic Finance Institute respects your privacy and complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Reg. EU 2016/679).

3.2 Data we collect. Only the personal data you voluntarily provide through our forms (contact, newsletter, membership, CIGC application, client access): name, email, institutional affiliation, role and any information or documents you choose to provide. The public demo of the Virtual Office does not collect personal data; its working state is kept only in your browser.
3.3 Purposes and legal basis. To answer your requests and manage applications (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest) and, only with your explicit consent, to send institutional newsletters and updates.
3.4 Processors and storage. We do not sell, trade or rent personal data. Data submitted through the website are processed by our hosting provider acting as data processor, under appropriate contractual safeguards, and retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes above.
3.5 Your rights. You may access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or writing to us). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
3.6 Cookies. This website uses only technical resources necessary for its operation and does not use profiling or advertising cookies.
